Our work centers on advanced ceramic materials such as Al₂O₃, ZrO₂, ZTA, SiC, Si₃N₄, and AlN, with an emphasis on application-oriented material selection, engineering communication, and the delivery of practical, manufacturable solutions for industrial environments.

We are interested in candidates with an academic background in materials science, ceramic engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields, combined with a strong interest in industrial applications.
Typical expectations include a solid understanding of engineering materials (with ceramics being highly relevant), as well as the ability to connect material properties with real-world performance requirements.
Candidates are generally expected to demonstrate:
- A Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant discipline
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Clear communication skills for technical discussions
- The ability to work across both engineering and commercial contexts
Prior exposure to industrial applications, manufacturing processes, or applied research environments is considered an advantage.
